Michael Sokol has been teaching, directing and writing sketch comedy in Atlanta for over a decade. He infuses a writer’s room collaborative approach into his classes, sourced from his experience with the sketch show, FarkTV, on Turner’s SuperDeluxe. He recently sold a scripted project to the POP channel. He executive produced his first feature film Postal, which was accepted into the narrative features competition at the Florida Film Festival, as well as producer credits on Florida Files (FXX) and Mandy (SpectreVision). He’s developed and produced content for Vh1, Comedy Central, Food Network, Funny or Die, Comcast, Atlanta Falcons, Adult Swim, Atlanta Hawks, Turner Studios, Virgin Music, Floyd County Productions and Fox Sports.
