Hannah Dworkis

Teaches at General Assembly

Hannah Dworkis is in-house counsel at General Assembly where she works in all areas of the business, including business development, marketing, HR, and Finance. Her day-to-day work also involves negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a wide variety of business contracts, including licensing and service agreements, partnership and collaboration agreements, financing and other employment-related agreements. Prior to joining GA, Hannah worked at a boutique IP law firm where her practice focused on intellectual property transactions and corporate matters. Before that, she worked out of the New York office of an international law firm, where her practice focused on large cap mergers and acquisitions and technology transactions.
