Rob is an experienced veteran of the Southern California tech scene with roots in several Ideablab startups. Rob cut his teeth developing and leading sales organizations before moving into executive management. In 2011, he launched a consulting practice to focus on doing two of the things he’s most passionate about: management development and early-stage sales. In both areas, Rob believes an organization is only as healthy as its weakest manager and he works to improve management awareness and communication skills to improve outcomes. He is also a lover of science fiction and a rabid Chicago Bears fan.
