Jena recently joined Groupon as a Senior Technical Product Manager on the customer experience team. Prior to Groupon, Jena spent 8 years at American Express in various product management roles across web and mobile. Most recently, she led product for OPEN Forum (www.openforum.com), a community dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and business owners through content and connections. Jena’s experience is in building products that engage brands with their customers in authentic, disruptive ways through content and community. Jena moved to Chicago last year from New York City and is excited to be a part of the vibrant, growing tech community here!
