I really love the class. Teacher was really good and attentive. Recipes were diverse and gave a good overview of Thai cooking. There were 8 people in the class which was perfect number. Having dinner at the end and discussing was really enjoyable

Chef Melanie was awesome! My husband and I had a wonderful time at the class, and enjoyed learning about a cuisine we don't often cook at home. Chef Melanie was very helpful and open to questions, and made everyone feel right at home in the kitchen. We are glad to take home all the recipes and chef recommendations and try it out at home! We really enjoyed this class.
