What you'll learn in this cookie decorating class:
Do you love making cookies with the kids for Christmas? Have you always wanted to go the neighborhood Cookie Exchange but didn’t feel your cookies were worthy?
Kolacky are delicious flaky fruit-filled cookies, made with cream cheese and butter for a very rich holiday treat.
Possible fillings are apricot, raspberry, pineapple, poppy seed and homemade cheese filling.
Great family project– kids love making the thumb prints and filling with jam.
Please bring the following supplies to class:
- An apron
- container for baked cookies
- container for cookie dough
- a few dozen cookies
- container of dough to make more cookies at home
