Salsa Beginner Level 1

In this class we will continue to expand on what you learned in the Intro class. Diving a bit deeper into the dance. We will be working on Broken Left Turns, Cross body lead with inside turn, Outside turns and Hammer locks. This class has a 2 month rotating syllabus. You need to stay in this class for the full 8 weeks before moving onto Beginner 2 Salsa. Prerequisite: Intro to Salsa

Intro to Swing: Level 1

In this class you will be introduced to swing. We start off using single time swing to learn the basics, under arm turns, partnering skills and musicality. In begginner swing we teach you 6 count swing or tripple time. After 3 months of beginner swing you can then move on to learning Lindy.

Intro to Brazilian Zouk

Beginner Swing

This class is taught as a 3 month series. We have 3 alternating syllabus used to teach the fundamentals of 6 count swing to prepare you to start learning Lindy Hop. Beginner Bachata
