Tai Chi: Advanced Sun-Style

Sun-style is the most modern form of tai chi, known for flowing movements and gentle postures. This course continues with in-depth study of the Sun-style for students who have completed the intermediate level and feel comfortable advancing. Some qigong exercises, such as the Eight Pieces of Brocade, will also be practiced. Class locations vary and will be held outdoors when weather permits.
