My Roots:  Food, flavor and entertainment have always been a big part of my life—establishing my roots in the kitchen. While I enjoyed many years in the corporate world with rewarding experiences, my love for food and cooking never waned.  This led to my next chapter—cooking school in Chicago and New York, where I received certification as a natural foods chef (CNC). 

But there was still more to learn.  It wasn’t just about cooking delicious food — it was about eating the right foods to sustain real health and vitality.

With so many people affected with symptoms and conditions resulting from diet and lifestyle choices, I chose to study holistic nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver and achieved my certification as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP). Now combining the art of cooking with the healing powers of food as medicine, my desire today is to bring this awareness to others—to lead you back in the kitchen and share with you how to enjoy real food to live a deliciously healthy and vital life.
 
My Table:  Family and friends bring undeniable joy and inspiration to my table—this includes my canine girls who enjoy their own fresh and natural home meals.  Aside from homemade salad dressings, hummus, pesto and bone broth, you’ll always find in my kitchen, fresh herbs and veggies from my organic garden, sheep feta, grass-fed pastured eggs, truffle popcorn, and pinot noir. 
 
My Home:  Some of my home necessities include: aromatherapy bliss from my essential oil diffusers and sprays, magnesium oil, and the healing energies of wholetone music. I ditched all store-bought cleaning supplies for four home-made versions—so incredibly simple to make and no more toxins to pollute our home!  And, of course, my must-have water purifier—our body is 75% water—drink pure!
