Stacey has always been a mover and a shaker. As a lifelong dancer and competitive runner, she is always looking for different ways to stay active. While teaching group fitness at her alma mater, University of Wisconsin – Madison, she loved helping others find their passion for a fun and healthy lifestyle. Stacey promises to bring her high energy and enthusiasm to every class while challenging you to not only reach, but exceed your goals, and of course, doing it all with a smile!
