Quincy Bissic, Jr. is a Chicago boy, born and raised in Chitown who loves the sheer art of cooking. He had a number of artist friends and have always admired their skills as an artists and after sometime began to realize that all chefs and cooks are artists as well which gave him an enormous sense of pride. With the encouragement of his best friend, he quit his corporate job to attend culinary school and graduated from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
