Samantha John is a co-founder of Hopscotch. She's a female programmer who came into programming late but is certain she would have loved it as a kid. She graduated from Columbia University in Applied Mathematics and is now a web developer working extensively with front-end and mobile web technologies. Evan Farrar is a co-founder of Hopscotch. He's been programming since he was 11 and has worked at Groupon and Pivotal Labs. Evan believes strongly that programming is totally not some kind of magic, even if it looks like it.
