Experience the sensual art of low-flow pole dancing at Evolve Pole & Exotic Arts Studio. Embrace your body's natural movements as you learn to slither, slide, and create exotic shapes on the pole. Get ready to unleash your inner seductress in this sexy and empowering class.
We keep it low …….to the floor in this class! Think slithering and sliding, so don’t expect climbing or crazy tricks at the top of the pole.
You’ll learn how to use the middle to the base of the pole to make exotic shapes with your body. The focus is on sexy combinations using spins, pole transitions, faux and real splits and floor-work.
What to wear, tank/sports bra, leggings or shorts and pole stilettos (rent $5 or purchase $55). Do not wear lotions/hand or wrist jewelry. (highlight in bright pink color)
Note:
Bring your stilettos and sexy outfits to practice in.
Please DO NOT wear any body lotions or oils to class as it makes the pole slippery and dangerous. Ladies dress comfortably. Tank tops, shorts or yoga capri's. Expose your ankles/heels. For intermediate/advanced classes you will need sports shorts or hot shorts. Bare legs are necessary to grip the pole for climbing and inversions.
Once you have registered for a class or series, we do not issue a refund. If necessary, you may transfer your class to a friend or relative.
If you cancel or change your class prior to 6 hours before the class starts, your class credit will go back into your account for you to use another time. If you cancel within 6 hours before class starts, you will lose the class credit.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
