Noa Gafni

Noa Gafni has a decade of digital experience across four continents. In late 2005, she founded Queen Bees, a social network for women. Noa then worked at Hearst Magazines as the Head of Social Media, where she was responsible for social media across the magazine suite and launched communities for Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Country Living. From 2008 to 2011, Noa freelanced as a digital strategist, with a client roster that included Real Madrid and Lloyd’s of London. In 2011, she joined the World Economic Forum as a Global Leadership Fellow and Head of Communications for the Global Shapers Team. In 2014, Noa returned to London, where she now works as an independent digital strategist. She contributes to the Huffington Post, World Economic Forum, and Mashable.

    Well organized, with solid examples to illustrate points. Instructor was friendly and welcomed questions. Ended (a bit strangely) with the class watching a 12-minute Ted Talk on YouTube.

    I liked the pace of the class as well as the content. Case study was interesting.

    The teacher was good but the class was only until 10:00 am, so its very basic and superficial.

    Excellent material. The groups were a little lacking as people were so vastly different in their experience levels. Overall a good course.

    The class ended at 8 pm rather than the 9:45 time identified on the course description. The course material seemed to have been accessed in Wikipedia, with minimal insights provided.
