What you'll learn in this mixed media class:
Learn how to make a meditative art journal that serves as a container for your hopes, dreams, frustrations, goals, fears, and so much more!
You’ll learn how to free write to get what's in your head onto the page, obliterate it with collaged papers, paint, and meditative marks, then use various pens, markers, crayons, and other fun art materials to channel your mood, then add quotes and lettering to complete your page.
In the end, you'll learn how to created a personalized book to provide the perfect place to journal and explore your feelings through words and art. As a bonus, you'll get the tools to incorporate art making into your daily life to experience the healing benefits of journaling and creative expression.

All materials are included
Comfortable clothing, apron, beverages and snacks, a blanket if we're sitting on the grass.
Refund Policy
- Students can reschedule to another class anytime as long as it's within 3 business days of their scheduled class.
- For refunds less 5% cancellation fee, the request has to be made 15 business days in advance of the class they're signed up for.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
