What you'll learn in this furniture class:

Brooklyn-based wedding designer, Michelle Edgemont, will teach you how to make a colorful table runner for your wedding reception. You can use the skills learned in this workshop to design and make endless coordinating decor for your wedding or party.

In this class, you’ll learn how to design and create a custom geometric table runner — a chic, easy, simple, and fun piece for adding a splash of color and personality to your reception without spending a ton of money.

In class, under Michelle’s guidance, you’ll design and make one finished runner to take home. As you design and plan your wedding, use the techniques you learned to create more matching runners, or other coordinating decor for your soiree, which is perfect as a ceremony and photo booth background.

Are materials provided and included in cost of the class? Yes.
We’ll provide everything you need to complete one runner, including a blank fabric table runner, paints and other supplies, and Michelle’s expert design guidance and tips.

You’ll leave with the inspiration and know-how to create an entire suite of coordinating pieces for your wedding or party.

Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations.

If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a school credit if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop. We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 48 hours advance notice.

About Our Policy

Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking staff, and making commitments to pay our instructors -- all based on the number of students who register. When students ask to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we lose money. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our class prices low.

In fairness to all of our customers we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!

Thank you for understanding!
