We had such a fun time learning the basics of bread making. The instructor was knowledgeable and gave us the right amount of information mixed with hands on bread making new skills. We snacked on a delicious cheese plate and drank a couple beers! And we walked away with some tasty bread. Two thumbs up!

Loved this class! The teacher was super knowledgeable and the facility was perfect. I would recommend it to both a total beginner and medium beginner - reva made it relevant for everyone.

Not sure if it was just the group of students I was with but no one seemed comfortable asking questions. There were a few instructors there, maybe would have been good to have one stationed at each table to facilitate discussion/questions. Overall learned a good amount and took home a weeks worth of fresh bread!

The oven was not woking properly causing the instructor to become flustered and the buns not to be properly done and unable to be taken home as the class ended. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided high level info. She was very competent and self assured. The acoustics were poor and I missed a lot of dialogue. I am open to attending more classes given by her. I will give the oven a chance to be fixed. Lastly, no recipes have arrived in my email, as promised. Enthusiasm is greatest directly after the class. This was one of my gifts to my husband for his birthday. We both love bread and he has been talking about taking a bread making class for a few months now, so I surprised him with the class. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have resisted for the sourdough bread making class. Reva the instructor gave a demonstrations on each step of the bread making process, she discussed grains and measurements. , you can see that she was passionate about what she was doing. Reva was helpful, she walked around answered peoples questions. Michelle was her co-pilot assisting as needed. Michelle went above and beyond, I had a bit of a crisis and she said tell me and I can see what I can do. My pants were wet from the rain and she was able to get me into a lab coat until my pants were dried. I was very grateful. I want everyone to know Michelle makes the best croissants. She had coffee and croissants for the guest who were taking the class, she wanted to see if we liked her recipe. I am serious when I say the best croissants. These ladies were a great team, they laughed, they enjoyed what they were doing and were happy to have people in the class. I want to add one more thing, they had another co-worker in the kitchen and he was also help and a team player. Reva dropped something on the floor and it broke, within seconds her co-worker from the kitchen came with a broom and dust pan and addressed the issue without being asked he just knew something was needed. Everyone had a loaf of bread and rolls to take home with them for the next day.
