Begin with intricate accents such as embroidery and lace, stringwork, garland and ruffle borders. Discover beauty of decorating with Rolled Fondant - for covering cakes with an immaculate smooth surface and shaping fun figures and elegant flowers.
Pre-requisite:
Must have completed Cake Decorating I or have previous experience.
Course Requirement:
Wilton kit with Wilton Flowers and Cake Design - Course II Book .
One time registration fee included in class price.

All applications for refunds must be made in writing.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the school has canceled a course.
Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written request.
- 6 business days before the first class meeting, the refund is 95% of tuition.
- Before the second class meeting the refund is 75% of tuition.
- Thereafter, no refunds will be granted for any reason.
Registration, application and material fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds on one-day or two-day courses once they have begun. Non-attendance of classes does not exclude the student from the rules of this policy.
