What you'll learn in this pie class:
Thanksgiving is coming and there's no better time to master the perfect pie dough! Join us virtually in making the perfect pie dough from scratch, no matter what equipment you've got on hand. We'll talk storage and refrigerate or freeze our doughs for future use (see any of our other pie classes for inspiration!). There will be a Q&A section at the end of class to go over any pie issues you've come across. 1 week before class, you'll receive an email with a Zoom link and recipe with ingredient list for reference.
Refund Policy
Cancellation should be made 3 business days before scheduled class for a refund less 5% cancellation fee or to reschedule.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
