What you'll learn in this baking class:

The summer brings an abundance of delicious fruit. Learn how to help it shine with three simple desserts in this two hour, hands-on class with Le Pain Quotidien.

Students will learn how to mix different types of short-doughs and assemble enticing flavors to create a tasty cobbler and fruit dumpling - the perfect summertime treats. While our desserts bake, we will gather around the communal table to enjoy our freshly baked berry shortcakes with a cup of coffee or tea.

Bring home your finished desserts to show off to family and friends!
School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.
