Question from Anonymous
Hey, is this course suitable for vegetarians as well? Is there an option for veggie filling?
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! Only one of the dumplings the class make is vegetarian. Hope this helps!
Question from kashmira a.
Hi, are we going to learn Soup Dumplings from scratch?
Answer from Suzanna G. Verified Student
The stock takes a really long time to make and needs to be cooled, so that was already prepared ahead of time. We make some of our own wrappers and add seasoning based on your preferences/ recipe. It's really a group class so everyone sort of does everything.
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi Kashmira! Yes, the students will make dough and filling from scratch.

I would have liked - and expected - to make all the dishes for the price. It should be clear in the overview you make them together as a group. The chef was knowledgeable and fun to work with. We still haven’t received the recipes for everything we made. Not having them printed and ready to take home for each of us feels like a miss.

This class far exceeded our expectations! Abby is a great teacher and the amount of food we made was massive. We can’t wait to take more classes at Camaje, and I’ve already recommended it to multiple friends.
