What you'll learn in this indian cooking class:

There are many people who love Indian food. They want to cook it and learn more about it. Sometimes it looks a little challenging to learn straight off the dishes you’ve ordered at the restaurant. But no worries: they’re not so daunting.

Mukti Banerjee can teach you the diverse types of Indian dishes and spices. Mukti Banerjee will teach you the nuances and secrets, where to get the masalas and how to keep the aroma intact.

Menu:

  • Lamb Kabab 
  •  Mung dal with coconut and peas (Yellow mung dal with nigella aka kalijeera and ginger)
  •  Vegetable Pulao (Basmati Rice with carrots, onion, cashews and raisins and with flavorful spices)
  •  Cabbage Kofta (Cabbage balls in coconut milk sauce and spices)

Note:

There's a minimum of three students for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, Mukti will personally reach out to reschedule via phone or email.

Refund Policy
We are sorry that we cannot issue refunds for classes, but you may send someone in your place or choose another class if you cannot make it for any reason. We do require at least 48 hours of notice for us to provide credit for another class, otherwise we are left with an empty spot and not enough time to refill it off the waiting list. 

If we don't get three or more students, we will reschedule the class for another day and we will communicate with you via phone and email. If the class gets canceled for any reason we will let you know in advance. 

For snowy days, please contact us and we will let you know if the class is still being held. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
