Learn to make two traditional Vietnamese favorites. Cha Gio (spring rolls) is a popular Southern Vietnamese dish consisting of ground marinated meat, shallots, shredded carrots and taros wrapped in egg roll and deep-fried. Pho is a classic Vietnamese soup made with rice noodles and thin slices of beef or chicken garnished with piquant lime, basil and cilantro.
Linh will take you step-by-step, including getting the right ingredients, to recreate these wonderful dishes at home.
