Class Description

Description

What you'll learn in this mexican cooking class:

We’ll be celebrating Mexican food and drink in this fun-filled afternoon class on the eve of Cinco de Mayo. Celebrated chef and cookbook author Roberto Santibañez (formerly culinary director of Rosa Mexicano) will be cooking dishes from his highly regarded book Tacos, Tortas, and Tamales, as well as pairing Mexican-inspired cocktails drawing on spirits indigenous to the land.

Please note that this is a fantastic culinary demonstration & learning experience, rather than a hands-on cooking class.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for classes (in-person and virtual).

No changes are allowed if the class is missed, however, we welcome you to send someone in your place.

This is a strict policy, with absolutely NO exceptions due to weather, illness, traffic, etc.

Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you failed to show up to a concert, you cannot get a credit back from the concert venue, no matter the reason. Please think of our classes the same way!

The school reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or if the guest chef needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice. We will issue you a class credit to be used towards a future event.
