Delicious Vegetarian Indian Picnic w/ Kim Pistone

I would have like to learn more about how to cook the items. The was way too much going on so at the end it was just like going out to dinner that you had a small part of (ie: chopping onions) I didn't learn anything.

Kim and her help were great. Great class, fast pace... to get all the dishes done but fun overall plus the eating was even better. The left overs (containers supplied) could be taken home to be enjoyed even more. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in a delicious vegetarian Indian Picnic/lunch/dinner or just whenever you're hungry for some Indian food. She also taught some preparation and cooking techniques.
