Class Description

Description

What you'll learn in this dessert class:

During this session, students will learn the traditional French art of making these light and tasty all-time favorite desserts.

Chef will guide you every step of the way so that you understand how these sophisticated desserts are prepared so that you can perfect the recipes at home.

Each student will taste their own hand-made eclairs and cream puffs, and will go home with 4/5 cream puffs and eclairs to enjoy at home, along with recipes and detailed instructions to recreate these desserts at home!

Please Note:

  • All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
  • This is a 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class.
  • Students work in groups of 4 (maximum).
  • BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”.
  • Kitchen will be open 15 minutes before listed class time.
  • IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

Refund Policy

  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. for refund requests made no later than 6 business days before the start of classes/events.
  • No refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.

    There was no indication that I would have to share the pastry supplies with strangers. Especially now having to make and eat a pastry that other people I don’t know touched and without gloves being provided made me very uncomfortable.

Can I bring my child with me to observe and possibly assist me in the class?

Hi there! Yes, it's fine BUT the school kitchen is a commercial kitchen and not really designed for kids (high table, no chair,...). The chef will not be responsible for the child while in class, the parent should look after and you need to purchase 2 seats for both of you.
