What happens when wine and beer collide? Brut IPA is the latest craft style to capture our imaginations. We’ll explore the birth of this style in the U.S., its trademark characteristics that bridge beer and wine, and its surprising roots in a classic U.S. style innovation from the '70s .
Join us as we taste Brut interpretations from some of the most creative U.S. breweries, as well as a popular example from the champagne side.

Refund Policy
We require advance notice if you wish to cancel your enrollment. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the class, you are eligible for provider credit, unless that class is fully booked - in which case credit is forfeited. Should another student become available to take your spot, provider credit will be reinstated. Any time after that, payment is forfeited.
