Weather Policy

It has been our experience that nobody wants their class canceled, so we will always do our best to run classes whenever possible. However, there are times when weather or other circumstances beyond our control may cause us to cancel or reschedule a class. Please remember that we will always have our students' best interests in mind in these instances. Since dealing with question weather conditions is not an easy task, we ask that our students be patient with us while we decide whether or not to cancel a class.

If the school cancel

We will always do our best to run classes whenever possible. However, there are times when weather or other circumstances beyond our control cause us to cancel or reschedule a class. Please remember that we will always have our students' best interests in mind in these circumstances.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
