What you'll learn in this health class:

FREE INTRO: Supporting the Thyroid and Conquering the Symptoms

Thyroid issues can be frustrating. Medications alone often don’t alleviate symptoms, which can include depression, anxiety, fatigue, weight gain, hair loss, hormonal changes, etc. In this class, whether we have hypo- or hyperthyroid, Hashimoto’s or Graves’ disease, thyroid nodules, or have had our thyroid removed, we will learn how to manage our condition to lead the healthiest possible life.

Dr. Selassie will explain the pathology of thyroid disorders (including subclinical thyroidism and euthyroid) and conventional diagnoses and treatment approaches and then share expert advice on how to begin conquering thyroid symptoms using nutrition, supplements, herbs, homeopathy, exercise, sleep, and stress management, so we can lose excess weight, control cholesterol, rehydrate dry skin, clear “brain fog,” and regain our vitality and optimal health.
