What you'll learn in this tour class:

Step aboard the teak decks of the Yacht Manhattan or Manhattan II for a full day, round-trip cruise up the Hudson River to Bear Mountain!

On this 9 hour event, enjoy a 3 hour cruise and open breakfast buffet on your way north through the Palisades and the lower Hudson River Valley.

Upon docking at Bear Mountain, guests are free to enjoy 3 hours of time exploring, hiking, or just relaxing in this fantastic New York State Park. Take some time checking out the Trailside Museums, the Zoo or take a stroll or row a boat around Hessian Lake and breathe in the fresh air! Ambitious hikers may make take to the steep trails of Bear Mountain - excellent views of the Hudson River Valley appear just half way up!

The Manhattan or Manhattan II departs at 3:00pm sharp for a 3 hour leisurely afternoon cruise back to New York City. Guests are treated to a complimentary beverage from the bar and gourmet picnic buffet!

Along the way, take in picturesque views from our glassed-in observatory.

  • The majestic George Washington Bridge, and Tappan Zee Bridge
  • Quaint riverside towns and changing landscapes
  • The Hudson River Valley and Haverstraw Bay

  • Our classic open breakfast buffet includes fresh local bagels and pastries, seasonal fruit, a Gluten free waffle station, fresh quiche & sausage, smoked salmon with capers, red onion and dill, coffee, juice & tea. The down-river picnic includes a selection of hot entrees consisting of gourmet pork bratwurst, and spicy cheddar wurst from NYs Schaller and Weber, sides include sauerkraut with apple and onion, chefs potato salad, kale salad with blue cheese and dried cranberries and a vegetarian pasta. Snacks are provided for your hike in the park!

Important Things to Note:
  • All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not recommend this trip for very young children.
  • Any additional mixed drinks can be purchased from our bar.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price of your cruise. Parties of 8 or more will be contacted shortly after purchasing tickets to provide credit card information for an additional charge of 15% gratuity.
  • it is illegal for you to bring alcohol of your own on board. Additional bar beverages or mixed drinks are available for purchase.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the boat.
While the cruise is mainly a social cruise, it will have a light commentary on the highlights along the way.
