You'll follow pizza's journey from humble beginnings in Southern Italy to its introduction to NYC in the late 19th century as your guide explains our favorite food’s incredible evolution through historic photos and archival documents. The exact content of each week's class changes so keep an eye out for a pizza angle that really gets your gut. This 45 minute session is followed by a Q&A with your guide.
What to Expect
This is an online lecture-style session. You'll receive a video conference link when you book your ticket.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
