What you'll learn in this tour class:

Join us for a magical evening of live jazz aboard the decks of our stunning 105 foot schooner. Sit back and relax with a glass of Champagne in hand and glide through the darkness of NY Harbor with the twinkling skyline as your backdrop. This sail is perfect for date night or a group of friends looking to do something unique.

Key points about this activity:
  • See the city and the Statue lit up at night!
  • Aboard America 2.0 - a modern tribute to the first boat that won the America's Cup in 1851
  • Sails past World One, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty
  • Includes 3 complimentary rounds of beer, wine, Champagne, soda or bottled water
  • Ok to bring a light picnic of your own aboard
  • Live Jazz Trio on the decks of this 105 foot schooner with 3600 square feet of sail area
  • Very popular for couples (no 'kids' tickets available on sunset or city lights departures) and friends looking to do something unique.
You'll experience the following on your 1.75 hour sail:
  • Heading south from Chelsea Piers and down the Hudson River to Battery Park, the schooner will pass by Ellis Island and sail out to the Statue of Liberty.
  • Wind and time permitting, she will head toward Governors Island, breeze by the Financial District and sail through the Buttermilk Channel.
What Is Not Included?
  • Gratuity is not included in the price of your cruise. Parties of 12 or more will be contacted shortly after purchasing tickets to provide credit card information for an additional charge of 18% gratuity.
While the cruise is mainly a social cruise, it will have a light commentary on the highlights along the way.

School Notes: For your security, at check-in, you are required to present a valid photo identification that must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
