What you'll learn in this museum tour:

A Day in Art's Spring Season features seven tours of noteworthy gallery shows and museums throughout Manhattan. Tours run every two weeks.

Each tour concentrates on contemporary work and its various media rooted in an art historical context. Our focus at A Day in Art is to examine the lines of participation between viewed and viewer, where one can develop the capacity to creatively respond to what they are seeing. We provide insight into the artistic practice and context, while encouraging the crafting of ideas about potential meaning and impact.
