What you'll learn in this stand up comedy class:
Develop creative writing and performance skills while discovering your inner comedic genius!
Mondays/Wednesdays Improv only
Tuesdays/Thursdays Stand-Up Comedy plus Improv games as time permits
These classes are designed for both professionals to get valuable open mic time and those just looking for a fun self enrichment time to meet new professionals and help generate and share some much needed laughter.
Every session will start with an open mic session. teacher, Walt Frasier, will teach you how to brainstorm and present your stories and of personal experience and observation. Over time we craft these into original comedy routines. We also play some Improv games. (Wednesday 8pm IMPROV ONLY)
The laughter is key - reducing stress, building cardio vascular (Seriously, Stanford and John Hopkins recommend humor for health purposes)
Comedy also trains public speaking, self-confidence, creative writing, critical thinking, team and more.
We have worked with 100s of teams from JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Twitter, Johnson & Johnson, HBO, BING/Microsoft, US Medicare, UBS, BDO, Ernst & Young etc
Refund Policy
There are no refunds, however, if circumstances change we do allow transfers to other students or courses at same time or near future.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
