BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.


Open to all dance fitness levels.

Look for the Complete Body flag outside of the building. You'll want to enter into the Complete Body juice bar and then walk to the gym entrance in the back of the store. Tell the reception that you're there for BollyX. Then enter a turnstile, come down the stairs, and then walk to the studio at the end of the gym. Facilities Includes: lockers (bring your own locks), showers.

SUPER SUPER FUN HIGH ENERGY! It IS fast paced, but just do your best and laugh at yourself and have a ton of fun. You cant help it anyway! After 1 class, I was definitely hooked and will be going back for more. You'll even find friendly class participants and might even walk away with a new friend! YES its true!
