What you'll learn in this architecture design class:

Explore the various technical and aesthetic approaches for permanent, temporary, and/or travelling exhibition design. The primary focus will be an introduction to materials, finishes, structures, systems and lighting as it relates to Exhibition Design. Learn signage, graphics and media for exhibition design; as well as the logistics, including loading in and out. Students will continue to work on their projects started in the Tools and Methods of Visual Representation course and move into a design development phase. 

It is highly recommended to take the Tools and Methods of Visual Representation course before taking this one.

For non-credit courses meeting for 10 or more sessions:
• To receive 100% tuition refund, a withdrawal request must be received by the SCPS office two business days before the first class begins.
• To receive an 80% tuition refund, a withdrawal request must be received by the SCPS office two business days before the second class begins.

No refunds will be issued after the second class begins.

Please Note: Withdrawal or refund requests cannot be made by telephone or through the instructor. No refunds are issued after the second class.

For non-credit seminars and courses meeting less than 10 sessions:

• To receive 100% tuition refund, a withdrawal request must be received six business days before the first meeting.

No refunds will be issued after this period.
