Please note that we have a no cancellation / refund policy for all workshops. In the event that you cannot or do not attend, tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that makes you unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person to participate in your place by providing written and confirmed authorization (email is fine). Alternatively, with authorization from the New York SEO Training Academy, you may attend a class you’ve previously registered for, but missed, on a future date that is no more than 12 months from your original class date.

Hi Dellmen, my name is Steve and I'm the instructor for the class. In answer to your question, the class is primarily done using internet based items and tools. Because of that, you can do them on either a Mac or a PC. Students are free to bring in their own laptop to use or they can use a computer at our facility (usually a PC).
