WELCOME TO BREATH BODY BRAIN. AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

Energize Your Voice has a public speaking workshop unlike any other. Come experience your full expression through body, mind, and voice.

In this training, we explore the fears and limiting beliefs that often manifest as inhibited breath, tense muscles, and brain fog when we have to speak in public. We’ll practice moving beyond those limitations into a space of possibility through the integration of three practices: yoga, extensive voice and body exercises, and practical public speaking techniques.

Our fun, multidisciplinary practice lets you loosen up so you can step outside your comfort zone. Participants leave feeling relaxed and inspired, ready to tackle their next public speaking challenge with confidence.

What you can expect from this training:
  • a meditation to identify limiting beliefs
  • a brief Ashtanga-based yoga practice
  • an extended vocal practice
  • personalized feedback on a short presentation you will prepare within the workshop

    I would recommend this class to anyone looking to get out of their comfort zone and become a confident speaker. Minna is a down to earth professional, thoughtful, smart and honest. Good for native and nonnative speakers of English. I personally gained practical experience to use my voice at its full potential. Now, I know how to prepare and perform well for public speaking, interviews and daily interactions.

    I found the breathing exercises and vocal exercises to be very helpful. The portions of the class with those exercises leading up to the actual speaking portion helped to ease into speaking, so I didn't feel as much pressure or felt as anxious as I have been in other public speaking workshops. Great class!

    I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop. It was unlike any other speaking class I've attended in the past. I've left past classes feeling incapable of carrying out the things I was supposed to do. This time, I left feeling confident and joyful. Minna was incredibly kind, generous and helpful, and created a lovely environment where I felt brave and safe at the same time. I've implemented some of the things I learned at her workshop in my Pilates teaching, and I feel that I have become more effective and am having more fun with my teaching.

    It would've been a little pricey without the promo discount but I enjoyed it. Started off with yoga, then voice exercises that were a lot of fun, then feedback on a short 1-minute presentation. Minna is wonderful, and super funny!

    This was a really great workshop. It consists of a series of warm ups that awaken the breath, body and brain and culminates in a mini showing that brings to life the areas we have worked on. Through yoga, body and vocal warm ups, Minna really demonstrates how the connection of the breath, body and brain can bring a grounding and authenticity to our speech. Minna is a wonderful teacher. She is patient, kind, incredibly fun and has a vast amount of knowledge. She can also work across a variety of performance platforms - from yoga/pilates teaching, acting, presentation and story-telling. This was an incredibly awakening experience and one I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to discover a more authentic and accessible way of using their voice in public.
