Experience and learn to facilitate the magic of Liberating Structures - 33+ simple methods that amplify collaboration in groups
****Separate registration is available for Day 1 or Day 2***
Day One - Immersion Workshop
Come engage, reengage and dive deeper into this repertoire of simple methods that change the way results are generated in groups.
You will learn how to use these structures individually, weave them together into powerful LS Strings and apply them for your specific purpose to make progress on the most chronic, entangled challenges.
Agenda:
8:30 - Arrival and Breakfast (provided)
- 8:45 - 10:05 -LSs to Dial Up engagement and diversity of thoughts in your next meetings
- 10:05 - 10:20 - Morning Break
- 10:20 - 11:45 - LSs for Individuals (career path, personal growth)
