What you'll learn in this computer basics training:

Whether you are an advanced user or a beginner, you’ll gain increased knowledge and build productivity with York College’s Computer Keyboarding course.

Beginners: You’ll learn basic computer typing skills.

Advanced Users: You’ll learn how to increase your speed and accuracy. 

Course Requirements:

  • Students must bring a USB drive to save their work.
  • Textbook required: “Mastering Computer Typing ” ISBN: 9780547333199.
York CPE one-time registration fee included in the price.

Refund Policy
All applications for refunds must be made in writing. 

Registration fees are non-refundable unless the Continuing & Professional Education has canceled a course. 

Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written request. One week before the first class meeting, the refund is 100% of tuition; before the second class meeting the refund is 75% of tuition. Thereafter, no refunds will be granted for any reason. 

Registration, application and material fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds on one-day or two-day courses once they have begun. Non-attendance of classes does not exclude the student from the rules of this policy.
