Healthy Home Cooking with Yardley

In her fun and elegant cooking classes, Yardley teaches groups how to prepare nourishing and delicious dishes for a healthy lifestyle they will love. Remembering the peaceful experiences she had in her kitchen after long days at the office in her 20s and 30s, Yardley also aims to inspire working professionals to leave the challenges of the workweek behind and indulge in some good food and fun in the kitchen!

Yardley is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Healthy Cooking Instructor, and Author of the breakfast recipe and career devotional book called, Rise & Shine Bright at Work: 12 Powerful Mornings to Conquer the Office Shenanigans. 

Yardley is a former head of Marketing and Healthy Eating Programs at Whole Foods Market. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, Marketing at Hofstra University. Yardley also trained at the healthy gluten-free bakery, Squirrel & The Bee, and is currently a Cook at the Harvest Restaurant Group.
