Let's Talk Wine is owned by Lea-Faith Williams a sommelier and wine educator in NYC. She founded Let's Talk Wine to share her love and passion of wine with everyone around her. She loves talking about wine and making wine comfortable and accessible to everyone around her. She loves studying and learning about all aspects of it, and discovering new wine knowledge. Most of all, she loves sharing what she discovers with anyone who will listen. After nearly 10 years in New York City's demanding food and beverage industry she realized that many people share her love of wine, but are somewhat gun-shy when it comes to asking questions for fear of being eaten alive by an intimidating sommelier. Lea - Faith's approach to wine is simple: it's wine, not rocket science. You should love learning what you enjoy sipping, and you should not be afraid to ask questions or try something new. After working with well known chefs Alaine Ducas, Anne Burrel and Amanda Frietag, she became the wine director of a popular Midtown Manhattan wine bar. Here Lea Faith established an eclectic list of wines from all over the world and hosted regular classes and tastings. A student of Kevin Zraly, as well as the internationally recognized Wine & Spirit Education Trust Lea - Faith is also a Certified Wine Specialist and will soon be Certified Wine Educator. With Let's Talk Wine she has had the honor of working with notable clients such as LinkedIn, Citi Bank, and Fidelity Investments. Lea - Faith has also been featured on Fox Business News as well as many other media outlets sharing her love and knowledge of wine. She teaches wine education through out the New York City. Let's Talk Wine is NYC's number one provider of wine focused events and wine education. We offer fun in home wine tastings, corporate wine events and fun wine classes. We can create a menu of amazing wines and deliciously paired small bites for an extraordinary experience.
