Women's Self Defense Workshop
I am glad I took this class as a beginner and I wasn't looking for a series of martial arts training sessions so it was perfect for me. The class was pretty hands on and learned a lot - how to protect myself and respond to threatening behaviors by using non verbal, verbal and physical defense techniques etc taught by 2 great female instructors! Role plays and practice in different circumstances and I was shy at the beginning but hey, in 2 hours, I felt strong and confident of how I should react. I would very much recommend this class to all and it was fun too!!
