New York Wu Tang Kung Fu

We specialize in training people of all ages in Kung Fu. Kung Fu is the martial art that originated in China over 2000 years ago. We teach several styles of Kung Fu that work together as a system to give our students the skills to deal with any situation.

The way we teach strengthens the minds and bodies of our students. We focus on helping students understand that the biggest obstacle to their success in life is their own mind. Our training focuses on helping students conquer their fears and their lack of will power and they come to enjoy being challenged both mentally and physically.

We offer classes for all levels, so do not be afraid that learning Kung Fu may be too hard. Our students range from age 4 to approximately 55 and older. We hope you come to try out one of our classes.

Established in 1988

The New York Wu Tang Kung Fu school has been helping to build a better community for over 20 years. We have offered a family style learning environment where people of all ages have come together to share their love of learning. Life long friendships and business partnerships have all come together at the school. Sometimes life gets in the way of studying Kung Fu, but the Wu Tang school always welcomes you back. Many students return after many years away, and are happy to see many of the same old faces. All of our instructors have advanced through the ranks of our system and many have been members for over 15 years.

The Wu Tang or Wutang system was founded in Taiwan by Great Grandmaster Liu Yin Chao to preserve and promote Chinese Martial Arts. The Wu Tang system now has schools in Taiwan, Indonesia, Canada, Venezuela, Belgium, the U.K. Malaysia, as well as all over the United States.
