Jamie and her co-facilitator Chelsi were amazing. You get to try on different emotions and scenes in a fun, supportive group setting. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience, definitely will sign up for more classes with Jamie!

'Playing it Real' has been a wonderful group experience of connecting, asking questions, experimenting, learning about myself and how I relate to others in a deep, dynamic, engaging, playful way supported by Jamie's warm, encouraging, non-judgmental, creative and kind facilitation style. I was looking forward to each night and happily remember feeling alive and connected in the group process.

This program have made a huge impact on my life. I'm really not just saying that.The way you've shifted my mind and thinking which has always been in a state of fear, the way these classes helped me realize how I'm not alone and how I've already come so far from the past few years, and the surprising amount of so many takeaways I've had in such a short amount of time, have made a pivotal change in my life. I take away from this program so much and would love to be a part of more of your classes or anything you are involved in. I know I speak on behalf of everyone in the class that you've helped us in more ways than we may even ever know. Thank you for everything.
