Anthony Titus

Teaches at Pioneer Works

Anthony Titus is an architect, artist, and educator who lives and works in New York. He is the founder of Anthony Titus Studio, an interdisciplinary practice, which focuses upon the relationships between contemporary art and architecture. Titus received his undergraduate degree in architecture from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and a graduate degree in fine art from the University of Chicago. His work has been exhibited widely, both nationally and internationally, and includes recent solo and group exhibitions at Bloomberg Financial Headquarters, Art in General, Museum 52, American Contemporary, Hudson Basilica, and the James Gallery at the CUNY Graduate Center. Titus has taught and served as a critic at numerous schools, including Cornell University, Columbia University, the Cooper Union, MIT, Harvard, and Arts, Letters, and Numbers. He currently holds the position of assistant professor and coordinator of the First-Year Design Studio, within the School of Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
