Richard Mungall joined his wife, Vivian, at Ziller of Kansas City in 1985 when there was a downturn in the economy. Rich brought continuity to the business with his experiences in the industrial manufacturing sector and Vivian carried on with the engrossing art. 

Rich grew the business by adding new services for the convenience of the customers. Custom framing and plaques became a standard offering along with extensive offerings of business gift and promotional merchandise. He developed the new Ziller Inks when supplies were unavailable to make the powder inks. Also, he published the long time out of print book by FW Tamblyn, Home Instructor in Penmenship. 

At the current time, they are being of service to a variety of corporations, schools and associations throughout the United States and they consider themselves to the 3rd set of caretakers of the business.In September 2012, the business moved to Orlando, Florida where Rich and Vivian continue to grow the business with their newest member, Sebastien Saint-Ouen.
