Ava Alberti came to yoga initially for a sweat but it grew into passion as she began to see the effects it has in both her body and mind. Melding breath and movement and seeing how it can change things internally for people is the most inspiring part of teaching and practicing for her. She is fascinated by subtle energy in the body, and incorporates this into her classes. Ava is trained in the style of Vinyasa yoga and is currently studying to work with pregnant women as well.
