It was so much fun and a pleasure to meet new people! The food we prepared was amazing and I'm definitely sure to try these recipes out at home. The instructor helped to create a new memory as opposed to just teaching a technical class which made the experience even that much better! I am sure to take another class here :)

Fun way to learn about new methods, ingredients. Warm and friendly teacher who gave just the right amount of instruction and still let the class - working in little pods - work on their own. Class was a touch crowded for the size and felt a little rushed for the price (3 hours could have been 4 with maybe one more dish), but overall was still a really good experience and would recommend.

I loved this class! It was incredibly laid back and we were encouraged to ask questions and give our own personal input on what techniques we use at home. I would recommend this class both to people who can't cook at all and people who are great chefs who want to learn new recipes and skills. 10/10 I'd definitely go again.

The class atmosphere was really great. But the way it prepare the food is different from what we thought. It was a four course meal class. We were separated to 4 different group & each group only get to prepare ONE food item only. Don't get me wrong, it is fun, just not what we expecting...

It was soooooo much fun! I've never had much experience cooking but the chef made me feel very at ease. We were split into different groups that made different components of the dishes and although I wish I could have listened in to every conversation she was having with the students I got a lot out of my first cooking class. The space is super beautiful and inspiring!!

Loved this class! I've always loved fish, but really am no good cooking it. This class was a ton of fun, and absolutely delicious. We learned to make a whole range of fish dishes (Branzino, Flounder, Salmon, Sea Bass) and how to fillet our own fish. Sui Lon was a great instructor and a ton of fun -- she peppered in a ton of jokes and family stories and made everyone feel very comfortable. The group was great and the cooking studio really beautiful. The class is not the most technical, but focuses more on the food and having fun. Makes a great date/night out, but also totally good for people taking on their own.
