The class was amazing! Wow ! A wonderful introduction to a vast variety of healthy food ingredients and tasty burger recipes. The class was taught by Chef Jennie, who is a knowledgeable and professional chef. Her mild-mannered, pleasant personality was the perfect compliment to the evening.She guided us through the array of menus , teaching us techniques and interjecting pertinent tips and suggestions to aid us in our cooking skills. Her assistant Jackie was also very supportive and extremely helpful. The foods was delicious ! I really enjoyed the class and am looking forward to making the recipes at home.

The class was to crowded. There were 14 people sitting on top of each other. The instructor told stories from 7:00 to 8:00 while occasionally going thru the recipes. Many ingredients needed to be changed as they were not able to be purchased. The tools such as the knives were dull. Almost impossible to cut or chop anything. I have taken three classes and will not take any more. This class was awful.
The teacher and staff were lovely. The class was overcrowded, disorganized ( materials not in right place, lack of cooking space) the menu consisted of items with very different cooking times, and virtually no instruction. The dinner did not come together in an organized way. There was no meal at the end and no wine. A total waste of time and money. I would never come to another course at this venue.
